I am writing this to your company to thank you for the quick and professional response to my major water loss that my husband was unable to find and repair. Not realizing the severity of this winter, we thought we could de-winterize the underground yard irrigation system and complete our spring yard maintenance.  

We to our surprise, develop several lakes in our yard. To prevent more water loss and not be prepared for the Spring/Summer season we called and appreciated your quick response in locating the leaks, restoring the turf and beds, and resetting the Timer/Control. My husband and I, were also surprised how quick you were able to troubleshoot and repair the system.

When I chose to undertake the task of identifying a landscaper to create the oasis I had dreamed of in my backyard, I didn't want to leave it to anyone. I sent out bid requests to ten different local landscapers in the area. Nature's Way was on the list and was very prompt with my bid while ensuring that they had all the information to make an informed quote. Nick came out to the house and I found immediately that his knowledge of plants, landscape terrain, and products was best in class.

Nick and Alisa are awesome! They have totally re-landscaped our yard! We also use them to prune and mow on a regular basis. They have always been available and on top of everything. I love that I can email Alisa and she is right on our request! Not many places will do that for you. They are easy to deal with and can answer any questions. They are also very neat and tidy while working on the yard. The entire crew is very knowledgeable! I have personally referred several people to them. We had interviewed and hired a Landscaping Company after having detailed discussions about how we wanted the landscaping to look and what we expected as a final product. We were so confident that that they understood what we wanted that we picked out three different types of stone, paid for it and had it delivered, for an out of pocket expense approaching $5,000. In total we had five pallets of approximately 10,000 pounds of landscaping stone, in our driveway waiting for the project to start. 

Two hours into the first day after the “other” landscaping company started work they advised us that the plans we had drawn up and agreed upon for the walkway on the side of the house was not possible and they would need to do it differently. Their alternative plan was not acceptable to us and we cancelled our contract with them on the first day. 

With 10,000 pounds of stone in the driveway, we proceeded to interview other landscaping companies, of which Natures Way was just one of them. After meeting with Nick, he agreed that our vision was sound, our plans were possible and provided an extremely reasonable price that was competitive and had a aggressive completion date.  

At all times we found that the team from Natures Way was professional, contentious, concerned about cleanliness of the job site and friendly. We were so satisfied that we expanded the contract and the team worked overtime to get it all completed on time.

In conclusion, we would recommend Natures Way for anyone considering a landscaping job.
